Accreditation
Being an internationally accredited organization denotes a high standard of credibility, professionalism, and excellence of rehabilitative treatment. The application for accreditation was submitted to European Association for the Treatment of Addiction (EATA), which operated out of the United Kingdom. At the time, it was the largest membership organisation for the independent drug and alcohol treatment and aftercare sector.
To achieve Accreditation, applicants have every aspect of their programme scrutinized by an independent panel of experts and must demonstrate that their services effectively support a reduction in substance use in individuals.
We satisfied these requirements and was granted accreditation effective August 21, 2009. This accreditation was valid for three years and has been the foundation of excellence within our organization.

Keeping Best In Class
Over the years, our treatment programmes have been evaluated by international independent organizations and individuals from the USA and the UK. More recently, we underwent a thorough evaluation of our Clinical Programming and Clinical Processes by Hazelden Betty Ford and all our staff (clinical and non-clinical) were exposed to cutting edge training from the most senior professionals at the graduate school. These evaluations are ongoing. Therefore, individuals seeking treatment at Verdun or Marina can be assured of a treatment experience that is comparable to that of other international treatment facilities.
